Stoneleigh Arms, Leamington Spa

This project consisted of the demolition of the Stoneleigh Arms Public House and the design and construction of the new build Stoneleigh Arms building, together with the refurbishment of the existing old school and a rear extension with a pocket park between. The new build replacement for Stoneleigh Arms provides creative workspaces, artist studios and arts & crafts community workshop classes. The Old School refurbishment provides an open education space, a hireable space for local educational community groups and businesses, and a flexible open plan space which can be used for events, workshops and local theatre rehearsals. The new pocket park will introduce more green space into the local area, supporting biodiversity and wildlife.
