The conversion of this historical building comprised 11 spaciously planned apartments, enjoying a luxury specification including roof-top gardens. The 11 apartment scheme occupied the second, third and fourth floors of an existing NHS clinic, with the ground and first floor levels retained in use by the NHS throughout the construction period. This provided a number of work constraints and logistical problems throughout the construction period, which were further complicated by the tight site setup in this City Centre location. Whilst the project was extremely demanding, the challenge was taken up by our team both on-site and off-site, with a successful and rewarding outcome.
